Poland announces warm-up clash against Norway

Poland Rugby XIII is leaving nothing to chance as the Poland National team prepares for the upcoming Emerging Nations World Championship, locking in an strategic International against Norway in the lead in to the tournament.

Poland, who will play their first sanctioned International against the Scandinavian country on September 1st, has been rolling out a comprehensive development program for local players to help raise the standard of play.

This has seen the Poland Rugby XIII organise matches for a Polish XIII against the Skåne Stags from Sweden, and the Vrchlabí Mad Squirrels from the Czech Republic in recent weeks.

Poland’s International against Norway will take place at Stavanger, Norway on September 1st.

Poland will face Japan and Hong Kong in Pool C at the Emerging Nations World Championship in Sydney this October.
